We also need, the Specific Impulse of the Double Stage rocket in seconds (s).   The Structural Mass of the Rocket for 1st stage M(s1) in kg. The structural Mass of the Rocket for the 2nd stage M(s2) in kg. The Propellant Mass of the Rocket for first stage M(p1) in kg The Propellant Mass of the Rocket for the second stage M(p2) in kg. The Payload Mass of the Rocket M(l) in kg.   The value of acceleration due to gravity is taken as 9.8 m/sec^2   Performing the calculation the Burnout velocity of the first  stage of the rocket is calculated. V(b1) Then the increase in velocity provided by the second stage is calculated. V(b2)-V(b1)   Finally, the Velocity at the Burnout of the second stage V(b2) is calculated in km/sec.
